The product is good. It looks new and works smoothly. Only, the logo put on the laptop looks not original. This means it is not put by HP.
Good working but defect
The media could not be loaded. Wifi is not working properly sometimes it appears and then gets disconnected and no wifi is show and very laggy laptop.. Dont recommend to buy it

So many Damages & looks very old with lot of scratches. Unable to return or replace. For 2 hours I was trying for resolution from Amazon. I had connected with 4times with different Amazon customer care executive personnel, none of them resolved my issue. The most bad experience with Amazon this time.
