I have ordered 2 collar band for me and my friend . My friend one only worked for 2 months after which he claim for the Warranty but he didn’t get a replacement and they also didn’t repair it there was no physical damage on the product and in case of mine the product worked for 4 months after which it get connected to my system but there is no voice after connection . When I claim for the warranty process they give me the excuse that product have physical damage but from anywhere there is no kind of physical damage MIVI is the worst company I have ever seen my life
