I bought this product for 28K by clubbing Cash backs and Credit Card offers. Installation costed me nearly 1600 so that makes it a 30K expense all together.Few things while you purchase -1. Copper wire may be missing. So not to worry, make sure a point to take the Job Sheet from the LG installation Engineer. Once you submit the sheet, your amount for wire will be reimbursed by Amazon.2. Do not get it installed by someone else apart from LG as this affects your warranty. You have a 5 year warranty on AC.Apart from these, I don’t think there is any challenge. The Installation Engineer was very good who explained me everything about AC very well from feature to do’s and dont’s. You have a happiness code to share with them at the end of installation. Use it as per your experience.Few Pros and Cons -Pros -Very Low noiseDecent lookConvertible feature which makes it very energy efficient. You can convert your AC to 40% capacity of its 1.5 ton or convert it to 1.75 tons as per requirement. I loved this feature.Good Indoor cooling efficiencyCons -I think price could have been a bit lower. I find it a bit expensive. It’s not a steal deal honestly.No free InstallationNo Installation Kit Provided on purchase. It comes as a surprise when your installation engineer says suddenly- Copper wire is missing.Apart from it, it’s really a good product. Please go for it.

The media could not be loaded. I can not mention energy efficiency because it is new for me and installed yesterday. Yet i believed that LG product are universal brand and can be trusted on them without proof. Using the AC for 7 days and have to say that LG has done quite good job, as I got it for 32k + 2500 installation charges but now it is totally worth it as there are several modes for energy saving and the operation of Ac is very quite as well as powerfull, also talking about installation the guys done a great job and installed it within 24 hours after delivery, as Service of LG is well known, it is also powerful and chills my room in about 3 to 5 minutes at Himalaya cool or turbo cool but it depends upon area offcourse, lastly the delivery by Amazon was also very fast and it get delivered within 3 days. So till now, overall it’s a great deal…
