Pros:- Cooling is excellent- Price is reasonable- AC has horizontal, vertical both swingsCons:- Installation was average, Not used plastic bag to cover drill hole dust, Not used provided hole accessories to cover hole. Charged 300 extra for Stand fitting(Stand was mine)- I see water piping level not observed properly in installation, water drain pipe not able to drain full water outside.- Remote swing control not upto mark, it works on start/pause basis- Remote button does not have backlit, difficult to operate in night- Remote has few buttons that does nothing.- User manual not contains any information for ECO button- Didn’t notice 38db noise claim, I have other whirlpool AC with 45db, same noise level- box sticker claims it 1.46 ton AC not 1.5 ton (based on J/s calculation)
