I had added installation service with this large appliance, however no installation was performed and no word was heard from Amazon’s behalf.I called amazon numerous times to setup the product and provide installation and Amazon promised to send someone soon for installation.Nobody arrived!I waited for 2 weeks and nobody was sent to setup the refrigerator.I called customer service again and they have told me to hire a third party technician to set up the refrigerator. I paid a local technician out of my own pocket for the installation services.The refrigerator was up and running for another 2 weeks with dwindling cooling inside day after day.Slowly the food inside the fridge and freezer started to decompose and the refrigerator stopped working completely. I am certain that there is some mechanical complaint with the refrigerator.I called customer service again, the customer service again promised to send someone for the fix and no one arrived.II had further escalated this to amazon home services hoping to get a replacement or full refund, but they said they cannot replace or give full refund because the refund/replacement window was closed but certainly will send someone to fix it immediately.No one arrived, I called again and they send me an email that they will send a technician with the technicians phone number and 4 digit pin. I have called him and he promised to come on the 24th of August at 6pm, but never showed upOn 24th of August, I was baffled to receive an email saying your service has been completed. The unscrupulous employee had marked my refrigerator service as completed.What kind of a customer service is this?Making false statements and straight out lies?What an immoral and unethical behaviour is this. I request you to have a word with this employee for making such an unethical statement which goes against any normal company’s moral and character. I have been making a lot of calls everyday, which is seriously taking a lot of my time away from my daily life.I am literally on talks with amazon every single day since I got this refrigerator.Is this the respect or service I deserve for making hundreds of thousands of rupees worth of purchases from Amazon.com?I am a diabetic patient and has to take 2 insulin shots daily; one in the morning and one at night.Because of the fact that the Amazon Basics refrigerator is not working, I am unable to take my insulin shot, further exacerbating the risk of my liver failure.My life is at risk due to no taking my shots at the right time and I am not able to go out and purchase foods and groceries on a daily basis due to covid 19.I have a 3 year old at home and she is not getting the right foods and nutrition as the Amazon basics refrigerator stopped working.We are in dire straits and in need of immediate help.No initial contact or servicing on purchasing such a large appliance from Amazon.com?I have lost my faith in your business.Your conniving employees had marked my refrigerator services as competed while it’s sitting in my kitchen like a useless stone.This is heartbreaking for my wife and I as we made such a large purchase and investment on this refrigerator that we cannot afford to buy another one in the interim period while Amazon fix this issue.The refrigerator has been sitting here completely stopped working and useless.My 3 year old granddaughter cries when she is not getting fresh milk at night and I’m here heart broken and helpless.I have made hundreds of orders on Amazon and this is the loyalty I deserve?I am putting my life at risk and unable to preserve my insulin and my basic necessity; food.Please schedule a pick up and take this eye sore of an useless equipment away from my home.I am hereby demanding a full refund on the refrigerator and compensation on fresh foods insulin, time and effort spent on this matter and would like to get legal action if this is not taken seriously anymore.

A very good product I would say 5stars for storage 3stars for the functions ther are minimum functions just simple only 2 functions one is to set different temperature for the three seperate cooling zones and the second is super cooling and super freeze just thats it .. Price is good for this capacity other brands cross a lack .. Wel I bought it n just in 10days the price came down another 4000rs wel thats ok .. Only one problem wit amazon basic brand is they dont give after sales services they never came to my house to show the demo and explain the functions the installation was to be done on day following to the delivery they never came and i got a msg in 2 days thet the instillation is cancled .. When you buy a 70,000rs product i expected better well thats another thing u basicly dont need a instillation as per to say coz the functions are minimum thats two or three thats but its enough i feel .. Than second thing is it is mentioned in d discription its a 670lts fridge but on the back of the fridge where the product details are given ther it is mentioned 579lts i don undstand about where 100lts get deducted .. Over all the product is one time buy and forget type product it will take care of all your fridge related problems… Its a product for a family of 7-8 people I would say tons of place inside ..
