Had a terrible experience with the product. Amazon is importing this product and selling under its brand name Amazon basics. Although the product looks good for it price, the technical support is absolutely dismal. My ordeal started with the installation guy who knew nothing about the product and was under equipped to install it. I had to give my tools to him but still he made a mess of it and finally left saying that I have to learn the operation from the manual provided or call the customer care. Later when we used the product it turned out to be a defective piece which was vibrating abnormally and dangerously. Complaining to the customer care for replacement was another nightmare as the guy at the support didn’t know anything about the product and was only trying to convince me to take up the survey after the call and give him a good rating. Finally a technical expert visit was booked to solve the problem. The so called technical expert took a video which I had recorded and straightaway escalated the complaint for a pickup and refund. All in all my ordeal lasted for 3-4 days and the 4 personnel who came in touch with me were absolutely incompetent. Finally the pickup guy who uninstalled and took the product back was a knowledgeable person who told me that the installation was not properly done and the vibrations were due to the accessories not installed. But by then it was too late and me too exhausted and let the product go for return. The good part was that refund was processed at lightening speed.

Every thing is looking fine but electric consumption part still missing and team not aware about it or shared information on phone are not documented anywhere . Clarity still missing regarding the same as i need to keep following again and again and get no clarity .
PRAMOD MORE –
Water is draining continuously ordered for service by customer care officer but service guy didn’t came at all and by call only he understood the problem and ordered the part for proper working of the machine. Don’t know how it will do the repair to work the machine properly. Also point is to be noted service part requires 15 days to come for that period you will have to wash your cloths yourself only. No alternate arrangement of parts or machine is being offered.Very bad experience till 17.01.2023
